الوظيفى
• Process
payroll to GL reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Perform bank account transfers as directed by Head of Accounting & GL.
• Review cash receipts journal entry prepared by A/P Accountant.
• Review the corporate credit card journal entries and supporting documentation prepared by A/P.
• Perform the operating cash & Bank accounts reconciliation and related journal entries.
• Record Government grant revenue journal entry and related grant receivable.
• Run departmental financial reports to be presented to the supervisor.
• Arranging with IT for the Setup of any new reports in Oracle.
• Review all month end reconciliations and journal entries prepared by the A/P.
• Perform various account reconciliations and work to resolve any discrepancies.
• Compilation of information and preparation of schedules required by internal and external auditors.
• Other duties / special projects as assigned.

المهارات
•
3 Years in relevant position
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related.
• Certified accountant (CPA) would be an advantage.
• Experience in EDMS, Oracle System.
• Planning and analyzing skills.
• Communication skills
• English language fluency • Proficiency with Microsoft software applications -Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Explorer.
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related.
